This is a legitimate work at home job and no I don’t get a kickback from applicants. This job was a lifesaver when work slowed down for me a couple of years ago. You do need a broadband connection and a headset phone. You get to choose your own hours in 30 min. increments 24/7. They do have high expectations and monitor your work. So if you’re not doing your job or doing it incorrectly they will give you several chances to straighten up before they let you go. Clicky!

 in response to Knew45...   The job title is West Agent. They have a schedule matrix that they post on in increments of 30 mins. You log in and select the hours you want to work, 24/7. It's on a first come first serve basis so you have to watch the board until you get enough hours. You have to go through an application/hiring process. Not everyone is hired and it is not available everywhere because of different state laws.

I saw a lady on youtube talking about west home. I researched it and it seems very legit and is a real job. From the description it's like working in a customer service call center only it's in the comfort of your own home. I didn't quite get a good description of what the job entails. Does anyone no the complete job description of being a rep for this company.
